Pre packed meals
You can select what you want from our menu. We offer boxes for 5 or 10 guests which can be stacked to feed anything from 5 to 500 guests.
Buffet style catering
We can have the food pre cooked and ready to go if the location has no kitchen available. The food will still be tasty nah-rass so dont worry, we would simply rock up and put the food into warming trays ready to dish up.
Tralier catering
If you have a little space for us to set up our trailer, we could come and cook the food live infront of your guests. They get the lovely aromas of the jerk and get to here some rocking reggae music playing in the background whilst enjoying the event.

Our staff are friendly, enthusiastic and have bags of personality. We choose our staff that way as we believe Dookies Grill is not just about the food but the experience that you receive when you are ordering. Its important that the service standards are just as high as the food standards. We pride ourselves on that.
Attentive to your needs
Our operation is also very tight, we work on the logistics with staff prior to every event to ensure food (which we cook fresh on site) is distributed nicely, in the fastest possible time so that customers can get back to enjoying the event.
Bringing good vibes only
Dookie’s Grill focuses on re-creating the vibe and brightness of the Caribbean: We use vibrant colours, custom cut props to create a real Island restaurant feel along with of course, cooking everything fresh on site throughout the day.
Flexible
Our menus (with our own homemade Jerk Chicken sauce!) work well for both informal gatherings as well as more formal special events such as weddings. We have our own charcoal BBQs, and trailers – meaning we are pretty much ready to go whenever and wherever you need us to be and can set-up in a flash.
