Introducing our signature, Caribbean inspired, premium Jerk BBQ Sauce! This sawcy Jerk sauce is one of the key ingredients to the famous flavour of Dookie’s Grill. A sweet but Spicy, BBQ based sauce made with scotch bonnet chillies and other authentic Caribbean ingredients. This sauce can be used as a sauce condiment or jerk glaze to Chicken, Fish, Lamb or Pork. Want to kick your BBQ party up a notch (i.e. tun up di ting!)?! Then drizzle over meat / veg whilst smoking.

Water, Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Tomato Paste, Spirit Vinegar, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Garlic, Ginger, Scotch Bonnets, Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Acidity Regulator, Dried Red Bell Peppers, Soya Sauce, Smoke Flavouring, Flavourings (contains Celery), Dried Crushed Chillies, Pimento, Onion, Brown Sugar, Nutmeg Powder, Thyme, Black Pepper.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 1 month.
